How God can turn Beautifully Broken Things into something Wonderfully Made

Tonight I want to talk about How God can turn Beautifully Broken Things into something Wonderfully Made.

Before I go into scripture tonight, I want to share a song by Plumb and a song By Matthew West. The first song by Plumb says this: Every tear, every doubt, Every time you've fallen down, When you're hurting, feeling ashamed

When you're numbing off your pain, When you've lost your way, And feel so far away, You're not, You're beautifully broken, And you can be whole again, Even a million scars doesn't change whose you are, You're worthy

Beautifully broken, Every fear of being loved, For who you are no matter what, When you're stumbling, And you're haunted by regret, And the darkness closes in, Just listen

You're beautifully broken, And You can be whole again

Even a million scars doesn't change whose you are, You're worthy, Beautifully broken, You're beautifully broken (beautifully broken), You're beautifully broken, Oh, the God who made the stars Is the God that made your heart

And He's holding you right now, He can heal the broken parts, And make beauty from the scars, the scars, Beautiful scars!

The next song I would like to share from Matthew West says this: Once upon a time Life was so innocent

Somewhere along the line Your smile came and went

They made you feel like You just don't measure up

They try to steal your light But you are a treasure of

The Maker of the stars, the stars, You don't have to wonder You are wonderfully made, Perfectly beautiful in every way, Wonderfully, wonderfully made, You're anything but typical, it's true, They ain't seen anybody quite like you, God never makes a mistake, You are wonderfully, wonderfully made, See, once upon a time

There was a secret place Where heaven's hand designed

Even those freckles on your face, Some things you'd rather trade, Some things you try to fix, Love has one thing to say It's perfect just the way it is (just the way it is)

Just the way it is, ooh (just the way it is) You don't have to wonder, You are wonderfully made, Perfectly beautiful in every way, Wonderfully, wonderfully made, You're anything but typical, it's true, They ain't seen anybody quite like you, God never makes a mistake, You are wonderfully, wonderfully made, So, the world could see the works of God On display, So let your doubts and your fears And your questions fade away, Let them fade away

Once upon a time life was so innocent I think it's time that smile Found its way back home again, You don't have to wonder, You are wonderfully made, Perfectly beautiful in every way, Wonderfully, wonderfully made, You're anything but typical, it's true, They ain't seen anybody quite like you, God never makes a mistake, You are wonderfully, wonderfully made

Now let's look at some scriptures talk about how God takes the Beautifully Broken Things and turns them into something Wonderfully Made.

The Scriptures we are going to take a look at tonight are Psalm 34 verse 18, Psalm 147 verse 3, Psalm 51 verse 17, James 4 verse 6, Galatians 2 verse 20, Proverbs 17 verse 22.

The other scriptures we are going to look at tonight are Psalm 139 verse 14, Zephaniah 3 verse 17, Jeremiah 31 verse 3, Matthew 6 verse 33, and Romans 12 verse 1-2.

In the scriptures we see how our Brokenness can turn into something Wonderfully Made. We see how as children of God who have Brokenness at times, that God reminds us we are fearfully and wonderfully made children of God created in His Image and He will take brokenness that is beautifully broken and turn it into something wonderfully made, because we are all made in The Image Of God. We don't have to be afraid as God's children, because God's Got This and He's Got You and Me.

God takes our broken pieces to make the broken pieces whole again, and when He makes them whole again, and we see that those broken pieces are not broken but are wonderfully made, and we are made whole again.

It's like in the one song, what can make us whole again Nothing But The Blood Of Jesus. What can make us new again, Nothing But The Blood Of Jesus. So, when we take a song like this we see how God makes us new, makes us whole, and shows us we are so much more than Beautifully Broken, but we are Wonderfully Made because we are never ever going to worry what God has planned because it's all in His Hands and because it's all in His Hands we don't have to worry of what comes next because it's all working together for His Good and For His Glory. It's working out in His Timing and His Alone.

Here are the last two things that I would like to share with everyone tonight. The first thing I would like to share comes from Matthew West again and the lyrics of this song say this: If grace was a kingdom, I'd stopped at the gate, Thinkin' I don't deserve to pass through After all of the mistakes that I've made, Oh but I heard a whisper As heaven bent down, Said child, don't you know that the first will be last And the last get a crown, Now I'm just a beggar in the presence of a King, I wish I could bring so much more, But if it's true

You use broken things, Then here I am Lord, I am all Yours, Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh, Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
The pages of history, They tell me it's true, That it's never the perfect, It's always the ones with the scars that You use, It's the rebels and the prodigals, It's the humble and the weak, All the misfit heroes You chose
Tell me there's hope for sinners like me.
The last thing I would like to share with all of you tonight is a quote and the quote says this:

What Does The Bible Say About Being A Servant?

What Does The Bible Say About Being A Servant?  I want to start out with a song. The lyrics of the song say this: Make me a servant, Humble and meek

Lord let me lift up Those who are weak And may the prayer Of my heart always be Make me a servant

Make me a servant, Make me a servant today.

I want to now look at some scriptures. The scriptures I want to look at tonight are Philippians 2 verse 5-8, 1 Timothy 4 verse 12, Ephesians 2 verse 10, Matthew 23 verse 11, 1 Peter 5 verse 5, John 15 verse 15, Matthew 20 verse 28, Psalm 119 verse 125, Philippians 4 verse 13, John 4 verse 34, Romans 12 verse 1, and Matthew 25 verse 21.  In the scriptures we see how God helps to show humbleness, kindness, gentleness, and how we can serve others by doing acts of kindness, giving comfort, and even listening.

We know that God is a Just God who will continue to help us grow in our Faith Walk and Relationship with Him.  I want to share some scripture that come from 2 Samuel chapter 7. This is what the scriptures from that book say. “Now then, tell my servant David, ‘This is what the Lord Almighty says: I took you from the pasture, from tending the flock, and appointed you ruler over my people Israel. I have been with you wherever you have gone, and I have cut off all your enemies from before you. Now I will make your name great, like the names of the greatest men on earth. 10 And I will provide a place for my people Israel and will plant them so that they can have a home of their own and no longer be disturbed. Wicked people will not oppress them anymore, as they did at the beginning 11 and have done ever since the time I appointed leaders[a] over my people Israel. I will also give you rest from all your enemies.

There are more verses to this chapter that talk about David being a servant. I wanted to however share these scriptures because I felt it talked about what we have been learning about tonight on what it means to be a Servant for God. There are different ways we can serve and there are different ways we can connect with others about God and show them how we can be leaders by helping them learn about God's Word and about who God is. We are children of God, and we all go through different things, but what makes us servants? What does it mean to serve God and help others while serving in the way God wants us to serve?

Thank you all for sharing, before I end on what I would like to end on tonight I would like to let anyone share any comments and prayer requests they may have. Thank you. Here is what I would like to end on for tonight:

What Does The Bible Say About Losing A Loved One?

What Does The Bible Say About Losing A Loved One? Tonight I want to talk about what the Bible says about losing a loved one. The scriptures we are going to look at tonight are 2 Timothy 4 verse 7, John 14 verse 27-29, Psalm 147 verse 3, John 16 verse 22, Psalm 34 verse 18, Matthew 5 verse 4, Isaiah 41 verse 10, John 3 verse 16-17, Ecclesiastes 3 verse 1-22, Psalm 23 verse 1-6,  Romans 8 verse 18, Colossians 2 verse 5, and John 11 verse 25-27. When we look at the verses we see how God helps us through the trials, and we see how He comforts us and helps us through the process of mourning a loved one. God helps us through the process in order to know that when we lose a loved one, we will have times where we grieve but we can smile back at the memories too. God helps us through our suffering, and that makes me think of a song called Through Suffering by Glendil Griffin where the song says: It is through suffering I find the strength I need, it is through suffering I know that you are faithful, so even when I can't see the change around me, God I know you're changing me, your changing my heart, cause your the only way.  God gives us the strength to know that when we trust in Him even through the hard times I know that we have God to help us remember that as we trust in Him, things will be okay because it will work together for His Good and Glory. We know that things are in God's control and we know He is helping us see with an open mind and an open heart that we don't have to be afraid because we also know that we will see our loved ones again someday. I want to share a quote with all of you. When we lose someone we love We must not learn to live without them, but to live with the love they left behind. I think of this quote as one when we think of what the scriptures we read tonight talk about losing a loved one and how nothing is impossible for Him because all things are possible with Him. I want a share a quote from God's Armour that says: Never lose hope. Just when you think it is over, God sends you a miracle. Now I wanted to share this quote tonight in what we are talking about because I want us to know that no matter what we are never alone. Now losing a loved one is hard, it is scary but One Thing always Remains and that is God's infinite and unfailing love. God is love and because God is love, His love for us never fails. We are talking about grief and loss, what it truly means to lose a loved one, and when we look back at the scriptures we read tonight, we see that God will give us comfort, He will hold us close to Him, and He will help us because He is a Just God. He never leaves us, and He helps us through the most difficult times like this, but the outcome of losing a loved one is never easy, we still have that hurt in our heart, we still have that time where we miss them, but God says in scripture: Come To Me All Who Are Weary and I will give you Rest. God never leaves because He gets us through these storms of dealing with the loss of a loved one. Does the pain go away? Does the pain ever stop? Do we ever stop missing them? No, we never stop missing the ones we love, because it's normal to miss them. It's normal to deal with pain of missing them, but in time God shows us that it will get better as we go day by day. As we remember little by little that He holds our future in His Hands, and that He is the reason in any circumstance that we can do all things through Him that gives us strength. I want to share two different things and the first thing I would like to share says this:

The next thing that I would like to share with all of you says this: God sent His son They called Him Jesus, He came to love, Heal and forgive, He bled and died, To buy my pardon, An empty grave, Is there to prove, My savior lives, And because He lives I can face tomorrow, Because He lives, All fear is gone, Because I know He holds the future And life is worth the living Just because He lives And then one day I'll cross the river And I'll fight life's final war with pain And then As death gives way to victory I'll see the lights of glory And I'll know He reigns Because He lives I can face tomorrow Because He lives All fear is gone Because I know He holds the future And life is worth the living Just because He lives (He lives) Hallelujah He lives. Before I share what I want to end on tonight, I would like for anyone to share any comments and prayer requests they may have. Here are the things that I would like to end on tonight. You may have lost a loved one, but Heaven gained another angel.
Revelation 21 verse 4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’[a] or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
The Last Thing I would like to end on tonight says this:

A Heart Of Multitude

Charles Spurgeon says: ''It is not how much we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness.'' There's a sign on t...
