Letting Go Of Hurt

In Isaiah 43:18-19, “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”

Job 11:13-16 “Put your heart right, reach out to God… then face the world again, firm and courageous. Then all your troubles will fade from your memory, like floods that are past and remembered no more.” First – “Put your heart right.” That means you forgive those who've hurt you.

Philippians 3 verse 13-14: Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4 verse 6-7, Proverbs 3 verse 5-6, Matthew 6 verse 14, Romans 12 verses 19, Matthew 5 verse 44,  1 Peter 5 verse 6-7, Matthew 11 verse 28-30, Psalm 46 verse 10, Proverbs 19 verse 11, 2 Peter 3 verse 9, Proverbs 17 verse 17, John 3 verse 16-17, Micah 6 verse 8, John 14 verse 1, Romans 8:17, Deuteronomy 31:6.

Is there a time that you can think of where your mind sometimes can get in a little mindset of going back to past hurts? Well, for me sometimes it can be hard to not go back to some of those things, it can be hard at times to let go, forget it happened, and it can be hard when it sometimes creeps back up at random, but then God shows us, and we see in His Word that we can let go of the hurts, we can let go of all the hurt and give Him our fears, our anxieties, our sadness that then turns into gladness because God amongst our hurt that we go through at times, shows us how Beloved we are as a child of God, shows us we are worth something, shows how you and I don't have to worry or believe in the enemy who tries to deceive us by putting lies into our heart, our mind, and tries to show us that we are not enough, and He will try to knock us down daily, but with God He shows us that we are enough, that we are loved and we don't have to be afraid in what the Enemy says, because God will continue to fight every single battle we go through.

In the midst of our hurt, God shows us that we are Strong Enough. God shows us that we are Loved, and God shows us how we continue to own our Belovedness.

So many times we think we may fail, let people down, and whatever else that troubles you in your hurt from what the Enemy put on your heart to believe.

Although, God reminds us that we have not done any of these things, and just the opposite of that because God reminds us that in our hurt or brokenness, we are loved and while we are loved by Him, there's no greater love than this, and when we realize that and we start to see that, then we remember our God is Faithful.

No matter what we go through, God is in the midst of every trial and we are not alone. We know that all things work together for the Glory of God and work together for the good and those called according to His Purpose. You see, God has a purpose and plan for our lives and a plan greater than we can imagine.

Our God shows us that when we trust in His Plan, we can let go of all the hurt, and even if we hold onto hurt at times, we don't have to carry the weight or baggage.

We can let go of the weight on our shoulders and we can let go of the baggage.

It's time to let go and forget of all the hurts that trouble us, and let God do something great in our life, to bring us and pull us through for a greater testimony.

So, we can either let go of hurt, or we can keep holding onto the hurt.

The choice is up to us, but just remember this: if we still sometimes hold onto it, God will help break us apart from it, if we hold on, others will help us let it go.

Now that we know and have learned about all of this, I just want to leave you with this because I feel it's important to end on this quote with everyone on tonight.

Let Go and Trust God.

Never Alone

 John 14 verse 27,  Genesis 2 verse 18, Psalm 48 verse 14, Psalm 23 verse 1-6, 2 Timothy 4 verse 16-17, John 16 verse 33, Psalm 38 verse 9, 1 John 4 verse 18, John 15 verse 12, John 10 verse 27, Matthew 4:4.

When I walk through deep waters, I know that you will be with me, When I'm standing in the fire, I will not be overcome, Through the valley of the shadow, I will not fear, I am not alone, I am not alone, You will go before me, You will never leave me, I am not alone, I am not alone, You will go before me, You will never leave me, In the midst of deep sorrow, I see your light is breaking through, The dark of night will not overtake me, I am pressing into you, Lord, you fight my every battle, And I will not fear, I am not alone, I am not alone, You will go before me, You will never leave me, I am not alone, I am not alone, You will go before me, You will never leave me.

You are never left alone when you are alone with God.

You may feel lost and alone but God knows where you are and has a good plan for your future.

Give God your weakness and He will give you His Strength.

In everything we see how we are never alone, how we can overcome, how we don't have to feel afraid.

We see that in every circumstance that God is giving us hope for today, hope for tomorrow, and always.

All we see in everything we have been learning on in how we will never be alone is where God will continue to meet us right where we are. He will always pick us back up if we fall.

I heard from one of my best friends that has become family that it's not about how many times you fall but how many times you get back up.

You see, if we feel lonely, if we stay in the place of feeling alone, we are going to then start to believe the Enemy's lies and that it is the Enemy showing us that is all we will ever have in life.

Although, God shows us that we are never alone, not by a long shot. We have Him, we have Faith, our Relationship with Him, our relationships with our own families, and with people who are best friends that also become our family because when God brings the right people to do life with forever, how can you ever really feel alone? Sometimes God has to bring us out of the places where we feel lonely, to bring us to a place where we can overcome the trials that put us back in the place of We Are Not Alone.

So, in everything we learned let us remember that the next time we start to feel this way, know that there is so many around us that will hold us close, that will start to help us see we don't have to hold onto hurt, we don't have to go back to ever feeling lonely, we don't have to go back to feeling alone.

Why? Well, because we are never alone when it comes to our families, our best friends, and more importantly we are never alone when it comes to God always being there in the midst of all troubles.

I pray that as we leave from this, that it is my hope we take away that loneliness and feeling alone is what the enemy would want but what God wants for all us children is to not feel alone when we are at the heart of the home in which God has brought us to, to do life with the people He has placed in our life and shows us that nothing can withstand or withhold the times we all have felt that way, but now we can become stronger and grow further and deeper into seeing how God is an everlasting God who is faithful and will show us that we will always have a friend in Him and that we are truly never alone.

A Heart Of Worship

“Our heart's desire should be to worship God; we have been designed by God for this purpose. If we don't worship God, we'll worship something or someone else.” “We learned that what happens when we are alone with the Lord determines how intimate and deep the worship will be when we come together.”

Jeremiah 29 verse 13, Psalm 95 verse 6, John 4 verse 24, 1 Peter 2 verse 9, 1 Corinthians 14 verse 15, Hebrews 13 verse 15, 1 Timothy 2 verse 1-2, Colossians 3 verse 16, Ephesians 5 verse 19, John 17 verse 17, Psalm 146 verse 1-2, Luke 4 verse 8, Revelation 19 verse 10, Romans 10 verse 13, Matthew 18 verse 20, Proverbs 3 verse 5-6, Psalm 100 verse 4, Psalm 22 verse 22, Revelation 22 verse 9, 1 Thessalonians 5 verse 17, Psalm 96:9.

In everything we see how God brings us back to the heart worship and that is why we should share Hope Through Worship because when we do that it is so that we can bring the light of Christ to those who need to be brought not only in the light of Him but  into the heart of Christ because we thank Jesus for helping us see that when we think we our lost that He leaves the 99 to find the one and brings us back to the heart of Him, so that we could be reminded that He brought His Son into the world to die on the cross to forgive us of our sins so that we could have everlasting or enteral life.

When the music fades, All is stripped away And I simply come, Longin' just to bring, Something that's of worth, That will bless Your heart, I'll bring You more than a song, For a song in itself, Is not what You have required, You search much deeper within, Through the ways things appear, You're looking into my heart, I'm comin' back to the heart of worship, And it's all about You, It's all about You, Jesus, I'm sorry, Lord, for the thing I've made it, When it's all about You, It's all about You, Jesus, King of endless worth

No one could express, How much You deserve?, Though I'm weak and poor, All I have is Yours, Every single breath, I'll bring You more than a song, For a song in itself, Is not what You have required, You search much deeper within, Through the way things appear, You're looking into my heart, yeah, I'm comin' back to the heart of worship, And it's all about You, It's all about You, Jesus, I'm sorry, Lord, for the thing I've made it, When it's all about You, It's all about You, Jesus, I'm comin' back to the heart of worship

'Cause it's all about You, It's all about You, Jesus.

Before I spoke a word, You were singing over me, You have been so, so good to me, Before I took a breath, You breathed Your life in me, You have been so so kind to me
Oh, the overwhelming, never-ending, reckless love of God, Oh, it chases me down, fights 'til I'm found, leaves the 99, And I couldn't earn it, I don't deserve it, still You give yourself away, Oh, the overwhelming, never-ending, reckless love of God
When I was Your foe, still Your love fought for me, You have been so, so good to me, When I felt no worth, You paid it all for me, You have been so, so kind to me, Oh, the overwhelming, never-ending reckless love of God, Oh, it chases me down, fights 'til I'm found, leaves the 99, And I couldn't earn it, I don't deserve it, still You give yourself away, Oh, the overwhelming, never-ending reckless love of God, There's no shadow You won't light up, Mountain You won't climb up, Coming after me, There's no wall You won't kick down, Lie You won't tear down, Coming after me.
I've read the words in red, How You leave the 99, To find the one missing, Feels like that was written With me on Your mind And the prodigal son who ran, leaving his home behind, The part where the father came running to meet him, Did You say that with me on Your mind?, Who am I that the King of the world, Would give one single thought about my broken heart?, Who am I that the God of all grace, Wipes the tears from my face and says, "Come as you are"?, You paid the price, You took the cross, You gave Your life and You did it all with me on Your mind (oh, oh, oh, oh, oh), Me on Your mind (oh, oh, oh, oh, oh), Just knowing You're mindful of me, Just knowing You call me Your child, It's flooding my soul with unspeakable hope, Thank You, Lord, that it's me on Your mind.
In these songs it takes us back to what we read in scripture and what we learned before that even in the Heart Of Worship, we can share the Hope through it all because God will find the lost and bring them back home to the heart of Him.
The very heart of worship, as the Bible makes clear, is the business of expressing, from the depths of our spirits, the highest possible honor we can offer before God.
It is the pleasing of God that is at the heart of worship.
With Christian Media Spotlight we have what is known as Night Of Hope a place where we can Share Hope Through Worship. Now the reason I'm sharing this, is because that became inspiration for this study.
W Wait upon the Lord
O Offer our lives as a living sacrifice
R Rest in His presence
S Sing unto Him
H Humble ourselves Before Him

Suffering

Suffering can be hard. There are times when people suffer physically, there are times when people suffer in mental health and emotional health, but then there are times when people are suffering because they're grieving and they feel like how can God turn my sadness into gladness? They feel like, how can God turn this type of suffering I go through in life, into something good? They often wonder is there a place for me?

Romans 5 verse 3-5, John 16 verse 33, Romans 8 verse 18, 1 Peter 5 verse 10, James 1 verse 2-4, Revelation 21 verse 4, Romans 8 verse 28, 2 Corinthians 1 verse 3-4, Galatians 6 verse 2, Romans 8 verse 35, 2 Corinthians 1 verse 5, 1 Peter 2 verse 21, 1 Corinthians 13 verse 3, Deuteronomy 8 verse 3, Matthew 10 verse 39, 1 Peter 4 verse 13, 2 Corinthians 4 verse 16-18, Acts 14 verse 22, 2 Timothy 1 verse 8, Jeremiah 29 verse 11, 1 Peter 5 verse 7, Psalm 119 verse 50, 1 Peter 4 verse 19, 2 Timothy 2 verse 3.

Many of times we wonder how can we leave the things that we need to let be left alone in past times and be in the now of what is in front of us which is God who is Love and God who carries our burdens and lifts our burdens so that we don't have to worry about what the Enemy tries to define us because we know that we are a Beloved Creation in Christ and we know that God takes and restores what is broken within.

No matter what trials we go through, we know that God who is our Hope and Strength, can mend a heart. We know that He is Faithful and True and we know that we don't ever have to worry over what happens.

In any circumstance we know that God will pull us through a storm and into the Light in which He is.

We realize that sometimes we hold out for Hope in thinking what have we done to deserve suffering?

Well you see we for one might have gone through suffering in different points of our lives and we still might, but we also have to remember that God's Son Jesus went through suffering. We as children of God need to sometimes remind ourselves that when we think our suffering or someone's suffering is bad, to think of how bad God's Son died on a cross and was nailed to a cross, just so we could have everlasting or eternal life so that our sins could be forgiven. God's Son later rose again and He will return but until He returns, we can choose to stay in suffering, we can choose to not ask how we could be a light to help someone in their time of need, or we can take our suffering and use it to share our testimony with somebody who might be needing to hear these words of they are never alone and that Christ has a purpose which is a plan for their life because it's how we deal with that word suffering, that can instantly change from a bad day to a better day ahead in what Christ has in store for our lives and those living in this world that may not know who Christ is but how God uses us to help others know.

Everyday is a brand new day, Everyday is a brand new day in the eyes of God.  And everyday is just another struggle, and everyday is just another struggle that the enemy will not win.

And everyday I do not give up, and every day I do not give up, because God is fighting my battle and I will keep fighting the good fight of Faith, and I will do it with a smile on my face because Everyday is a brand new day, and everyday is a brand new day in the eyes of God. I will follow my heart, I will listen to my Savior because everyday is a brand new day, and everyday is a day to rejoice in the eyes of God.  I surrender it all to Him, I don't quit on my Faith, and I persevere in this good fight of Faith because I know who fights my battles and helps me through my struggles because everyday is a brand new day, and every day is a day to rejoice in the Image of God. I will keep on fighting, I will never ever give up because I am a warrior in Christ who can do all things in He who gives me strength to keep fighting the good fight of Faith.

I sit here, I reflect, On what being a Warrior In Faith has meant, Taking the time to realize, that Jesus is my Joy and Prize, I don't have to be afraid, in knowing where I'll be someday, Until I'm there, I'll keep being that light to everyone everywhere, So hold onto hope, hold onto the promises of God, Cause you never know how strong, you have to be in order to see That this world isn't your home, but Heaven is your Heavenly Home.

I wanted to share some different lyrics from two songs I wrote one being called Never Going To Give Up In God's Eyes and the other being called Warriors In Faith because I feel like they went along with what we were learning about because as A Warrior in Christ and a Warrior In Faith we will never give up in His Eyes cause just like a song by a friend I know by Glendil Griffin his song called Through Suffering Says This: It is through suffering I find the strength I need, and don't we all need to remember that part of that lyric in that song when we go through something He is our Strength?

I hope and pray that as we head into the week and weekend that we lean on Him and His Understanding and we lean on Him in Prayer, and lean on Him for Guidance, Endurance and Love.

Most importantly as well, I hope we will lean on Him for Strength to not only help us but with others.

Justification Of God's Truth

The Truth Is I Am My Fathers Child, I Make Him Proud And I Make Him Smile, I Was Made In The Image Of A Perfect King, He Looks At Me And Wouldn't Change A Thing, The Truth Is I Am Truly Loved, By A God Whose Good When I'm Not Good Enough, I Don't Belong To The Lies, I Belong To You And That's The Truth.  What is justification according to the Bible? Justification is that gracious and judicial act of God whereby a soul is granted complete absolution from all guilt and a full release from the penalty of sin

Romans 5 verse 1, Titus 3 verse 7, 1 Corinthians 6 verse 11, Romans 3 verse 28, Galatians 3 verse 24, Galatians 2 verse 16, Galatians 3 verse 8, Ephesians 2 verse 8-9, Galatians 3 verse 11, Romans 8 verse 33, Habakkuk 2 verse 4, Galatians 2 verse 21,  Romans 8 verse 1, John 5 verse 24, James 2 verse 24, Galatians 5 verse 6, Romans 3 verse 26, Matthew 12 verse 37, Romans 3 verse 23, Acts 2 verse 38, Hebrews 11 verse 4, Romans 11 verse 6, James 2 verse 23, Ephesians 2 verse 10, John 17 verse 17.

We see in each of these scriptures that there is truth, but we also see that there is justification in what God reveals to us, in what God shows us, tells us, helps us to see, and we also see that we need to have justification by Faith in our heart cause if we don't have justification in our hearts, how can we know that we are justified by Faith and not by Works? Well, God has already revealed in His Word how we can know in that little reflection question because we are Justified by our Faith through Him and through Him we are not justified by our own work alone but we are justified through Faith alone. In Faith we see how God can take a broken vessel, a broken chapter, a broken heart, a broken and crushed spirit, and we see that anything that was done to us that left a scar, a wound, a hurt that can be mended with and through Christ, can also be justified by Faith Alone and in Christ Alone. The enemy may try to knock us down, say we can never be justified by just our Faith, and that we are only justified by the lies, the lies in which the enemy will deceive us in believing only our works can be justified and nothing more than trying to tear us down with justification in believing His Truth and not God's Truth. You see if we were to believe the Justification of the Enemy we would be in a very dark place, a place where no one would want to be. However if we believe in the Justification of who God says we are and what His Living Word says, we will be in a much better and happier place in know we are God's Beloved Children who don't give up in Fighting the Good Fight Of Faith. We start to realize we are not alone because God will not let us walk through anything alone because God is our Refuge and Strength.
Life begins once Jesus becomes the reason you live it.
The source of justification is determined by God; the act of justification is performed by God; and the fruit of justification is produced by God.
Justification by faith alone, is the hinge upon which the whole of Christianity turns.
God never made a promise that was too good to be true.

In this we see how even the smallest things like having Faith the size of a Mustard Seed can show us that in our works that we do in ministry, in our church, and other things that God will continue to shows the small blessings that can turn into bigger blessings, but He also shows that we are justified through Him and by our Faith Alone because no matter what we are not justified by the Enemy, because we are and always will be Justified by God, and we will always have the Justification of God's Truth daily in our lives, in our hearts and we then start to realize that we can share all of this with so many others.

So, let's take what we have learned, and help others know how they can seek God in Justification by Faith and Not by Works, but also by His plan in how we can all become stronger together in Unity and in Christ because without Christ we wouldn't have the Justification of His Truth and be bound in Him.
