When We Feel Alone Even When We Are Not

Have you ever experienced a time where you felt alone? What did that feel like? How did you handle it?

When have you ever felt alone to where you felt like you didn't have a friend that you could talk to?

You see Jesus is our friend, He knows our hearts, He knows our thoughts, and He helps us know we are loved, He helps us know we are cared for, He helps understand who we are, and He gives us strength.

In a moment and an instance, we see how God gives us the strength we need to over come obstacles.

We see how God shows us that in the times we felt alone, where the obstacles of feeling alone has been hard at times but we see how God gives us courage to take the obstacles of feeling alone to turn into good.

The feeling that when God turns things around, we don't feel alone and we can see how we are accepted.

We are accepted and loved by God for who we are and who we are made to be because God made us.

He made us in His Image to know that we are never alone when we are with Him in every single way.

Psalm 147 verse 3, Joshua 1 verse 9, Romans 8 verse 28, John 16 verse 33, Isiah 26 verse 3, Psalm 139 verse 17-18, 1 Peter 5 verse 7, Psalm 23 verses 1-6, John 14 verse 27, Luke 5 verse 16, Psalm 28 verse 7.

In these scriptures when we feel alone, we can take these scriptures to see how we are never alone.

We are never alone when we have God by our side, I learned this from a best friend of mine that told me that I am never lonely when I have God by my side. You see when we have God, we are not alone.

God is our refuge, He is our strength, our provider, and He helps us to know even when we feel alone we are not, because no matter what we continuously face in life, we will never be alone because we have God, we have family, and we have friends that become best friends who all have our best interests at heart and when we realize that, we see how God can always continually move mountains for us.

Let us take this to heart each and every single day, and let us realize how God can turn how when we feel alone even when we are not, that we can always overcome when we feel alone cause God is with us. God will always be with us and when we know that, we know how Christ will always be our friend.

Being An Advocate For Awareness

I want to talk about what it means to be an Advocate for Awareness. The reason I chose this topic is because of the month we are in which is September and September is Hydrocephalus Awareness Month. It's a month that holds special meaning to my heart. So, what does it mean to be an advocate? What does Awareness mean? Well let's look at scriptures that talk about these two words as we learn together.

John 14 verse 26, John 16 verse 7, John 14 verse 16, Hebrews 9 verse 24, Proverbs 31 verse 8-9, Leviticus 19 verse 2, Luke 6 verse 27, Galatians 6 verse 2, Acts 1 verse 8, Zechariah 7 verse 9, Matthew 24 verse 40, 2 Timothy 1 verse 7, Matthew 5 verse 3, Proverbs 20 verse 5, John 3 verse 16-17, Romans 8 verse 31.

In everything we see how the scriptures show us how to bring awareness in being an advocate for Christ. We see how the scriptures show us how to be an advocate by bringing awareness to what matters most. Without God being our advocate and showing us what awareness in His Truth is about we will have nothing. We would be lost and we would feel like we wouldn't have a place to go, because we feel sad.

Although God shows us how we can be an advocate and bring awareness not only  for Him but for our own lives.

We see that in everything, God can give us the opportunities to share  because we have the strength to have courage to share our testimonies.

I told you earlier that September is Hydrocephalus Awareness Month, well for me I am being an advocate for Awareness Month by telling others what Hydrocephalus is and why it's important for me to share about a condition I was born with. So, what are some ways this week and throughout the week that you can be an Advocate for Awareness to something like Hydrocephalus or an advocate for spreading awareness for something else that you go through or that you know others go through where there isn't a cure?

How will you be able to make a difference throughout the week to spread awareness and be an advocate?

All reflection questions to think about and to figure out for yourselves how you can bring awareness to something that could help others greatly in their own life and maybe even in your own life too.

Listening is crucial to both prayer and advocacy.

In this quote we see how it can be important that when we are being an advocate and bringing awareness to something or to someone that its also crucial to pray on how to go about it as well when needing to say the right things to someone.

The Awareness Of Our Own Strength Makes Us Modest.

In this quote we see how when we realize our own strengths and weaknesses and how we are aware of everything happening around us that what can make us modest in Christ is knowing how we can share what it will be like to not only advocate for Christ and bring awareness to how Christ helps us make a difference in the way we can see how the words we say can make differences in others lives.

In all of these words based off the acronym I made from my study title we see how all of those are traits that we need in order to keep encouraging one another in order to keep being an advocate for awareness in the things that are important to our hearts but to help others who may be going through struggles.
